Your continued use of Gatewaycrypto.io after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to regularly check the website for changes. If any term is deemed invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party, and you irrevocably agree to this.

GatewayCrypto (Platform)

An online platform, operated by the Company, that offers technological solutions for accepting, storing, exchanging, and sending Virtual Currency.

Account

An account opened by you on the Website to access Services.

User (You, Your)

A legal entity that has opened an Account on the Website and has the capacity to enter into a legally binding contract.

Virtual Currency

A decentralized peer-to-peer digital asset, including tokens, that is not legal tender, securities, or e-money under Applicable Law.

Deposit/Withdrawal

Transactions involving the transfer of Virtual Currency to or from your Account.

Exchange

An exchange transaction of one Virtual Currency for another.

The Company through its Platform provides the following services:

• Depositing and Withdrawing units of Virtual Currency on the Platform;
• Exchange of Virtual Currency units for units of another Virtual Currency;
• Virtual Currency wallet Services.

Please note, we are a purely technological solution provider and may partner with third parties. We use prevailing spot market exchange rates, but prices may not match those you see elsewhere due to market volatility. You are solely responsible for maintaining and controlling your cryptocurrency wallet(s). Virtual Currency transactions are final and irrevocable.

We do not provide exchange of Virtual Currency for fiat money, ICO, or crypto mining services.

To access the Services, you must open an Account. The Services are available to legal entities that have the capacity to enter a legally binding contract and reside in supported territories. You may only have one account unless expressly permitted. You cannot create an account if a previous one was suspended.

During registration, you must provide accurate, valid, and complete information. If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity. You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. To receive full access, you must undergo a verification procedure as detailed in our AML Policy. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension.

Services offered by the Company are strictly prohibited for entities registered in or residents of the following countries ("Prohibited Jurisdiction"):

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Gatewaycrypto or any of its predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, investors, employees, agents, representatives, attorneys and their respective heirs, successors and assigns be liable for any damages, including direct, incidental, punitive, special, consequential or exemplary damages that directly or indirectly result from the use of, or the inability to use, this site or the site materials. For the avoidance of doubt, we bear no responsibility for third party transactions.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Gatewaycrypto.io and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses resulting from your use and access of the services or a breach of these Terms.

Risks

You acknowledge that online services related to Virtual Currencies carry significant risk. Prices can fluctuate, and any related cryptocurrency may gain or lose value. We do not act as a financial advisor, and no communication can be considered investment advice. You are solely responsible for your own independent appraisal and investigation into the risks of any transaction.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising between us shall be initially attempted to be resolved by contacting the other party. You shall contact us by sending an email to support@gatewaycrypto.io . If negotiations fail, the dispute will be resolved by a court according to Saint Vincent and Grenadines legislation.

Termination

This Agreement remains in force until terminated. Either party may terminate the Agreement by notifying the other 30 days in advance. We may terminate this Agreement unilaterally and immediately if you breach these Terms or if required by law. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue your access to the services without prior notice.
